Shipping

Shipping will be calculated on your order page, based on your zip code and the weight of your order. Products are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) UPS Ground will be used unless Next Day or 2nd Day shipping is selected (for additional charges). Express services are also available upon request. Please verify that we have your correct shipping address; we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you refuse a shipment, you are still responsible for shipping costs.

Payment:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. There will be a $20 service fee for any returned checks. Payment to be made in US funds only.

Claims:

If you experience a shortage on an order, please check invoice to see if the item has been back ordered. We will ship backorders as soon as they become available. Your package may be tracked online with the UPS web site (www.ups.com) and your tracking number. Please be assured that if there is a mistake on your order, we will make it right as quickly as we possibly can.

Returns:

Do not return a product without authorization from Oleo Acres Farrier Supply. Products need to be returned within 30 days to avoid a restocking fee of 20%. These charges must be paid before any further orders will be sent. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt.

Prefer to do things in person? You can also purchase and pick up your supplies at one of our stores. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Mountain Standard Time.
