Shipping

Orders ship for a $10 flat rate within the contiguous United States (excluding any single item over 100 lbs., over sized items, coal, coke, Stonewell Parts and bar stock). Express services, i.e.: Next Day and/or 2nd Day shipping, are available at additional charge. Please verify that we have your correct shipping address; we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you refuse a shipment, you are still responsible for shipping costs.
 
Due to rising fuel costs and added on charges from all major carriers there is a temporary fuel surcharge that will be applied to all order after March 25th, 2022. There is also an additional $25 overweight / oversized charge applied to each individual item weighing over 50 lbs. or is classified as oversized by UPS. Sorry for the inconveience. 

United Parcel Services (UPS) is our primary carrier, however, we reserve the right to send orders the most efficient and economical way. Backorders will ship prepaid, the best way possible.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. To pay using PayPal, please contact us at 1-800-994-6536. There will be a $20 service fee for any returned checks. Payment to be made in US funds only.

Claims

If you experience a shortage on an order, please check invoice to see if the item has been back-ordered. We will ship backorders as soon as they become available. Your package may be tracked online with the UPS website - www.ups.com or FedEx website- www.fedex.com  and your tracking number. Please be assured that if there is a mistake on your order, we will make it right as quickly as we possibly can. 

If packages arrive damaged or with missing contents. Please contact Oleo Acres immediately. Please hold onto all packaging including any packing material included in your shipment. The $10 Flat rate shipping only covers damages or loss of product upto $100. If you want to purchase extra insurance on your package, please contact Oleo to obtain a quote. 

Returns / Cancellations 

Do not return a product without authorization from Oleo Acres Farrier Supply. Products need to be returned within 30 days to avoid a restocking fee of 20%. These charges must be paid before any further orders will be sent. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt. Cancellation of an order will result in a 3% finance fee.
