Collateral Front B - Right Lateral and Left Medial. For horses lacking symmetry where the contracted side is supported by the wide branch. Soft tissue injuries that require support are helped by the wide branch while bone lesions can be helped with the narrow branch by reducing pressure. The projection medially on the narrow branch is to engage the bars. Indications: Collateral desmopathies and suspensory branches injuries: put the wide branch under the lesion. Subchondral bone injuries: put the narrow branch on the side of the lesion.
